Updates to ‘improve’ eligibility reassessment process by NDIA
In response to feedback that the Reassessment process is overwhelming for participants that experience it, the NDIA have made immediate changes to the process, including a letter to participants that includes:
- Why a Reassessment is being undertaken and when it starts
- What information you can provide for the Reassessment process
- A 90 day time frame to supply the information, and to where.
